Close attention from Jen at Telford. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Used tablet, screen and mattress selector to halo me choose the right mattress for me. When unable to order mattress online as it was on offer she did all she could to help me resolve it but later discovered it was out of stock . I went back in and she helped me add my new mattress to the bed order and double checked everything was accurate for delivery.

John was excellent, he really took the time and encourged use to use see what matress would be best for use with the dream anlyser. He was extreamlly healpful. He never pressured us into buying anything.
