Shaun from start to finish was excelling! His product knowledge was astounding and hit the nail on the head straight away. As soon as we stepped through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome but also we did not feel pressured to purchase at any point.

Great experience in store, we lay on the machine to calculate which would be the best mattress for me and my partner, which was easy and quick. Shaun was great at explaining the different types of mattresses available and which we would be best suited to. He was friendly, knowledgeable and offered us both drinks.

Sales assistant very helpful offered us free time to look around and answered all our questions also offered us water. Also showed us all the different price ranges, very good.
