I was served by John who was very polite and knowledgeable. He took into account my back problems and found me the perfect bed and pillow, he was very pleasant and made me feel like a person... not just a “sale” He is a true credit to your Telford store.

The help and advice from Hayden was excellent. He answered all of my queries with clear explanations and patience. With his attention to detail I am happy that I have purchased the right base and mattress for me. I would recommend the Telford ‘Dreams’ store to anyone wanting to buy a new mattress or bed.

I had quick efficient service with a real knowledge of timescales and products.

It helped that I was the only customer in the store but the assistant John was very helpful and attentive. Not pushy though. Plenty of choice _ but not too much so as to confuse.

Claire was knowledgable, friendly and professional. She used Sleepmatch and we had a lot of laughs. At no time did we feel pressurised in buying that day, but made an informed decision on the outcome of Sleepmatch and the overall information that was given. We were offered a drink whilst an order was placed and we had a very pleasant time purchasing our new mattress.

The use of technology to identify suitable mattresses was very helpful and saved a lot of time. Clare gave us information about the differences between mattresses but was not pushy in any way. We didn’t feel rushed, but also service was not slow.

From speaking to the assistant on arrival through to completion could not have been easier, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Finally a bed machine that tests your individual needs of bed support. Was so impressed with this!! Often, we as customers don’t know what we need or start with the impression we know and get it wrong! I think this was a fantastic start to our shopping experience and got us to the right bed faster and it’s not like we weren’t in store ages! The store colleague we had was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us find the best bed which wasn’t on the list but was under the same guidelines. He got to know and understand our needs which resulted in us not only buying a bed but 2 pillows too!

The assistant Jen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional and made me feel welcome.
