Hayden served me and my Husband at the Telford store, we were very impressed with his quality of customer service. He greeted us into the store and recommended we tried out the sleep match system to see which type of mattress would suit us best which we did, he then went on to show us the mattresses that matched our results for us to try. He also recommended pillows to help us get a better nights sleep too. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks on our visit as well. Hayden gave a first class customer service, we would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress/pillows to go to Dreams.

Great customer service throughout. We thought we knew what mattress we wanted however Hayden set us up with the Dreams Sleepmatch facility and this proved invaluable. We are able to try a few beds that were especially suited to out specific needs. We then discovered that the mattress we thought we wanted was not suitable and we much preferred another.

Highly satisfied with staff member helped me and my wife so much when we didn't understand difference between mattresses. Happy with our order.

We’ve had a great experience at Dreams selecting our new mattress. We were able to give our specific needs to John at the Telford Bridge Retail Branch who was able to direct us to the mattress that will suit our needs. The whole process was really quite painless and was done in a very helpful and relaxed manner. Everyone in the store were very polite and friendly. My wife and I would definitely recommend this store due to the professionalism and friendliness and John deserves a special mention as he was very helpful throughout the whole purchasing process.
