Dreams - Telford

Went to Telford Store , Jen was the person who offered her assistance owhen i was looking at buying a new mattress . She definately knew all about the mattresses , not pushy at all , was grateful for her help

We visited the Telford store and a lady called Jen greeted us, she gave us an overview of all or the different types of mattresses and then left us to try a few. After a while I think she could see that we weren’t really getting anywhere so she asked if we wanted to lay on the dreams bed matcher so that it could tell us what the best type would be for us, she was friendly, enthusiastic and clearly understood what she was talking about...in fact I didn’t realise how technical closing a mattress could actually be! After we had our results she showed us which mattresses were in the group best matched and stayed with us while we tried a few out, she also gave advice on what pillows to use and helped us to test some of these too. We really enjoyed our visit to dreams and after discussions between myself and partner we called back to order the mattress later that day from Jen as she had written a note of the product details down for us.

Hayden, the store assistant at Dreams Telford, was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. That man deserves a medal and a promotion. He treated me with respect and was very patient. He picked the right bed for me and made the whole experience nice and easy. He also served another customer with the same amount of care and respect. He understands exactly how to deal with customers and how to treat people properly.

Jen was very polite and helpful, offered us a hot drink (which was nice). We were buying a new bed for our daughter and being overwhelmed with the type of mattresses on offer Jen got her on the sleepmatch to find her perfect match, only taking around 5 minutes we were shown available mattresses from the results given. When completing the order Jen took us through all options available and after around 30 minutes walked out the the door with the order being delivered in a weeks time. Jen was very professional and knew what she was talking about, she is a credit to the company.

I was extremely satisfied with my visits. The assistant recognised us from an earlier visit and was able to offer more advice before purchasing. It was nice having the opportunity to browse first before the assistant came over to help us. In other places this is not the case. Very helpful with the advice.

It was nice just to walk in and look around in peace and when asked questions they was answered straight away lovely place and quick service
