Extremely impressed with the whole experience, friendliness of the sales lady,she explained the differencies in the items very well.

I had come to the retail park with the intention of buying a bed, I had absolutely no knowledge of beds or mattresses as I had only had my previous bed as a teenager. Dreams was the first shop I came into and it wasn't very long before Claire asked me if I was okay - to which I replied that I wasn't and I had no idea. She provided me with the knowledge to quickly rule out a few types of beds which made things easier, she was patient, gave me space, didn't influence my decisions too much and I was totally delighted when the sleep match told me I needed exactly what I was looking for in the first place. I think I must have been in about an hour - she kept coming back to me which was great, talking me through options and being respectful of my budget. Originally I had thought about going in each bed shop to compare prices but once me and Claire had found the perfect combination of what I wanted I felt secure in my decision and that I trusted Dreams to spend my money with. She gave me some pillows to help me on my way with my new bed and was just completely lovely!! I would send a friend to her personally.

Hayden greeted me as I walked in. He explained the sleep match which I used and thought was great. He showed me which mattresses were the advised ones for me to try at my leisure. I was offered a drink. Hayden was happy to answer my many questions. I didn't feel hurried or pressured. Very happy with my visit and Hayden's customer service is excellent.

We were served by John who had high product knowledge and was very helpful in making our purchase. There was no sales pressure, he left us to make our own decision on what we wanted. we then made the purchase which was very swift hence reason we have given a high satisfactory score.
