Excellent service

We knew what we wanted ,so there was know real decisions to make ! Chose bed frame first then the sleep machine . Brilliant piece of equipment,the recommendations for our mattress were what we had chosen . So pretty straight forward ,as we aren’t the type of people that want to spend hours in a shop .

Alex was really friendly and personable. He helped us massively and took us through the stages of using the mattress selector machine and helped us find the perfect mattress and bed combination.

This was our second purchase this year and we chose to return and we're not disappointed. Alex greeted us and was most helpful.He had good product knowledge which was reassuring. Alex provided a pillow to use when we tested the mattresses. We were offered a drink whilst he processed the order and arranged a good delivery date.

I was served by Alex he listened to what I wanted and asked how much my budget was then showed me several options and told me as we went along how much these items would cost. In my opinion I received a high quality of customer service and attention to detail I also did not feel pressured into placing an order I have not yet recieved my item it is due next week but I am confident it will be of a high quality. The bed I have purchased is within budget and I look forward to receiving it.

Hayden was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy, left us to chat between ourselves but gave good advice to help with our decision. We went to the store not having a clue about the best beds to purchase. We had planned to visit every bed shop in Telford before placing an order, however, this was our first store and we did not go anywhere else afterwards.

Claire our assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not too 'salesy'. The 4 min bed test was also good and gave us a good idea of where to start.

All very attentive.

Very pleased with our visit,Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to having our new Sofa Bed in our new Bungalow.

Explained what we needed and the sales lady showed us the appropriate bed's then left us to make our minds up
