Approached by a member of staff (Alex) promptly, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped find the right mattress for us and got different pillows for us to try.

We were made to feel welcome and understood. Choosing a new mattress was much easier than I expected, and it really helped to have good guidance through the process.

Alex, knew his stuff regarding the mattresses. We are pleased with his help.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a smile by Alex who helped straight away and nothing was to much trouble. We used the sleep match bed so that it would cut down on our time trying every bed in the store. We were given info about the three beds we tried and felt very much at ease. Whilst trying the beds we had a hot drink and left to try the Tempur bed, no rush at all.

Friendly service. Listened to my comments and requirements. Dud not feel pressurised to purchase unless completely satisfied.

The assistant, Alex was very knowledgeable and made our search for a new bed much easier than it has been in the past. He greeted us, offered us a drink and was very attentive, even though he was also dealing with other customers too.
