Jen was very friendly and did not push us or crowd us. We were offered a cup of coffee and the whole experience was stress free.

I was greeted by Alex Turnbull who was very helpful, friendly and informative. He made our visit enjoyable and was very accommodating .

Had looked at a specific bed online, came into store was shown the model. Told about it and the price was good so happy to place my order.

The store was well laid out with a large selection of items to try out. The staff were attentive and friendly, particularly so Alex who answered all of my questions, and worked really hard to come up with a suitable combination of bed frame, mattres,s and headboard to suit my budget.

The advisor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and performed above her job role. She should be a store manager

The staff were very knowledgably and the way in which the machine analyses my body to get me the right bed was really clever. we were not rushed and im exited to get my bed on 4th December 2019

Gentleman that served us, Alex, I believe his name was, was outstanding at customer service and knowledge of all the products! We got his attention the second we stepped through the door and he stayed with us through out the whole process of choosing our mattress. He had honest answers to all our questions, with tips and offers without any pressure. Can’t wait to receive our order this week! Thank you very much for all your help.
