My initial staff member Lauren was very helpful, when I asked for clarification on the depth/quality of the mattress I was looking to purchase she conferred with a colleague, Alex who then took over the transaction. Alex was very helpful and for a salesperson seemed honest and gave me confidence in completing the purchase. He was not pushy, but explained that the items I was looking at were time limited for their price reduction, he said when the offer was valid to and that I had until that time to consider if I needed it. Having been to the store twice previously and spoken to Alex the second time I found him to be consistent in his demeanour and would certainly seek his advice on any future purchases I had or recommend him and the company to family and friends.

Alex was excellent at customer service. I liked the bed that works out the best type of bed that you need. I was surprised that the one we chose was a medium firmness where the computer suggested a firm bed.

Staff very informative and attentive to our needs (Lauren). We received a cup of tea and throughout felt valued without being pressurised.

upon arrival I was greeted by Dan, who spoke to me about the bed/mattress I was after. he had me have a lie down on a memory foam mattress for a few minutes. Once that was done I was with Jen for the ordering. She walked me around the shop to the various bases and mattresses. She put me through the sleepmatch gimmick, offered me a drink and took my order. She was very confidant, funny and seemed to really enjoy her work.

The assessment of what sort of mattress we required was quickly & accurately assessed .. & we were given pillows & time on each mattress to make our choice . Without being rushed encouraged to buy the most expensive

Everything was quick and easy

We visited the Telford store and the sale assistant Jennifer was extremely helpful spent time with us explaining the differences in the beds and pillows.

We were instantly greeted and taken care of. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and prepared to learn about our needs to beat support us. Jen dealt with our order and the process leading up to it and she was highly knowledgable and understanding
