Dreams - Telford

Went to kidderminster and Telford and received superb service from all members of staff. Very attentive but actually listened to us before offering options.

The assistant was friendly and efficient. He listened to our requirements and offered relevant advice.

Alex the staff member that delt with us was professional friendly he suggested we start with a session on a diagnostic bed and then made us a coffee he then showed us a number of recommended mattresses and was at hand to answer any questions and offer advice when needed. Excellent service not to pushy making the whole experience enjoyable.

I expect good service when shopping and sometimes don't get it. Disinterested sales staff lacking knowledge for example. This wasn't the case with Dreams. The whole experience was positive and we were given the impression that the staff we dealt with really cared about what they were doing and were keen to fulfill our requirements. They displayed a good knowledge of their products and he customer service - including providing my wife with a drink of water - was excellent.

Claire and her colleagues were friendly and helpful and focussed on making sure we had a good experience as customers.

Luckily we got there early, it wasn't too busy so we got the assistance needed. We tried the dream match bed and found the perfect mattress. Quite a bit over budget but we are looking forward to revieving it. We have always got our beds from Dreams and would never shop elsewhere

I thought the whole shopping experience was excellent. You were not the lowest price for the item but the experience won the day.
