We asked to go on dream match was great , then recommend the rite mattress , then check all mattresses for our type , then the lady explained about all mattresses for us , brilliant customer service thank you

All staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy or impatient. My husband and I were shopping with our 3 year old son which made parts of the experience tricky to concentrate, but the staff were very accommodating. Alex, who handled our order, also did his best to get us the best price he could for the goods we wanted.

It all revolved around Claire your sales person, she was very helpful, friendly and had an excellent product knowledge but was not too "pushy". At no point did we feel we were getting the "hard sell" and was therefore happy to place an order.

Staff were great. Right amount of knowledge and friendliness without being pushy. My husband and I were shopping with our 3 year old which made parts of the experience difficult to concentrate but the staff were accommodating and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. The range of stock was also very good and we flings everything we were looking for.

The shop sales woman, Claire, did not push us at all and made sure the item was right for us - despite the price. I felt that she cared our our comfort rather than selling the most expensive product, which we ended up buying anyway!
