The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My boyfriend and I were clueless about what kind of mattress we were looking for. Really helpful to be put on the bed to measure our needs. Staff were really helpful after when we said the budget we had to spend in helping us to choose the right mattress

Alex at the Telford Forge store was incredibly helpful, advising me on my mattress and bed frame options. He even offered me a cup of coffee! Alex is clearly is very experienced in his files, and I felt like I was getting a well informed expert view and professional opinion to guide my choices. We visited as a couple together with my mother-in-law. We wanted an inflatable bed, two single beds and a double mattress. Alex was extremely helpful without pressuring us into any decisions, he gave us a few options so that we could make a sensible decision. He was not pushy in any way at all and offered us a drink while we were browsing. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to purchase all 4 items within our price range.
