The lady that helped us place our order was considerate, kind and took her time to work with us in getting the best quality for our price range. She had a good sense of humour and communicated very well. The store was clean and welcoming.

There was a goodchoice of beds/mattresses, and being able to try out the mattresses. Alex was serving another customer which gave me ample opportunity to try out the mattresses. As soon as he was free he came to talk to me and offer assistance, but first Of all he asked if I would like a cup of tea.

We had had a good look around and went to ask a Staff member for help. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

Just great service and helpful even though they knew we were spending much

We spoke to a gentleman on entering the store who knew exactly what to ask in order to find us the right product at the right price for us. He was very friendly and exceptionally knowledgable about what mattresses he had in store and found the right one for us. He did ask our budget and somehow we were happy to spend £180 over that because we knew we’d got a good deal. He passed us over to an equally friendly and helpful lady who gave us some free products to go with our mattress which we were so surprised and chuffed about. It was just a pleasant experience from start to finish and I can’t wait for our new mattress to be delivered. Thank you dreams at Telford!
