Lovely welcome & Offered us a drink, explained all the different types of mattresses available, we hadn’t a clue so Alex recommended we had a go in the mattress diagnostic machine. Alex went above & beyond to find us a mattress that would be comfortable with my hip problems. Felt 100% happy with our new mattress on order & scheduled out for delivery. At NO point did we ever feel under pressure to make a purchase. Highly recommend this store.

Sales representative, Claire, was proactive, approachable and very friendly. Order placed quickly, after care products offered without pressure. Very clear information given to us and she confirmed everything we said.
