Very friendly and helpful approach from the assistant Shaun at Telford store

The service was detailed and efficient. Friendly staff, I did not feel rushed and was shown a very good variety of beds etc. I was offered refreshments. The sales person answered ever question I asked, he also asked questions regarding my comfort with each bed I was shown.

We felt very comfortable and valued as customers. Everything was explained in detail and questions answered professionally.

Rosie the sales assistant was knowledgeable helpful but not pushy a great ambassador for the company.

We arrived at dreams Telford and were greeted by a lovely man Harj, he asked what we were after and if we needed help. He put us on the mattress tester machine and then explained to us all about the different mattresses, nothing was too much trouble for him, Despite us being fussy! We also wanted 2 beds so he said he would let us have a look around before coming up to us, which was lovely as I found he wasn’t pushy at all. Once we decided on the beds we went back to test the mattresses again as we were torn between two. Even though there was a big price gap, Harj didn’t push us to buy the more expensive one (even though we did). He then offered myself, my partner and 3 children a drink whilst we had a chat between ourselves about what we wanted to buy. From start to finish, Harj was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was lovely to our children (that didn’t find bed or mattress shopping very exciting, but loved the fact they had seen the log on an advert on YouTube). We made a purchase of 2 beds and a mattress, and would definitely return in the future.
