From the moment Claire (Telford Branch) introduced herself, I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the stock, how to tailor to my sleep/comfort needs. Claire was very extremely polite and patient, allowing me time to choose and not rush such a purchase for such an important need in life. There was no need for me to shop anywhere else. I was very satisfied with how friendly Shaun was when I was looking for a new mattress, he explained all the social distancing clearly and if I wanted to experience any mattresses he clearly instructed me to wear gloves and gave me a positive shopping experience.
