Everything I questioned was answered. There was no exceptional pressure placed upon me to purchase the goods. I was given a trial of my comfort on the machine to assess the potential type of mattress required.. it's quite an expensive mattress, so I'm looking forward to waking up with no aches once I've used the bed for a week or two. I feel it will be worth the expense to wake ache free! Everything was organised pretty comfortably, with added humour to lessen the blow of how much money I was spending. Thanks to Alex for looking after me . DSA.
