I am writing this on behalf of my adult Downs Syndrome son, Richard. About 3 years ago, with my support, he purchased a single bed from Dreams. He now has a new bedroom and space for a double bed. When we talked about shopping for a new bed he remembered Dreams and the lady who had served him. I was most impressed that Claire recognised Richard instantly and even recalled the purchase he had made previously. She realised that he was the customer and addressed all questions and comments to him which made him feel comfortable and enpowered him to make his own choice of products. The store was spacious and there was a good choice of beds and headboards. Claire was very knowledgeable about her stock and made the shopping a rewarding experience.

Nicely laid out store. Staff not pushy considering the lack of sales due to the pandemic. Mattress we had selected was only available online and we wanted to test it out before purchasing so Alex showed us alternatives one of which was a shop item reduced for clearance. As the mattress was a high quality brand and what we were looking for we were offered a deal on other sale items of our choice including duvet, pillows and mattress protector. A delivery time of 5-6 weeks was discussed for the bed frame and the mattress would be held by the store until that date. We were delighted to receive a phone call offering an earlier delivery date which we arranged to be 16 days from purchase. We had a call the afternoon before confirming a window for the delivery and a call on the morning firming up the time . The lads arrived bang on time and effortlessly delivered our items , adhering to social distancing giving a fast and proficient service. From start to finish your service ran like clock work and we felt that we had received excellent service and a really great deal. Thank you 😊

Everything I questioned was answered. There was no exceptional pressure placed upon me to purchase the goods. I was given a trial of my comfort on the machine to assess the potential type of mattress required.. it's quite an expensive mattress, so I'm looking forward to waking up with no aches once I've used the bed for a week or two. I feel it will be worth the expense to wake ache free! Everything was organised pretty comfortably, with added humour to lessen the blow of how much money I was spending.
