Excellent customer service from one of the members of staff who had lots of knowledge across all items. Was greeted in to store and offered a beverage etc. Definitely re-visit in the future if in need

I am writing this on behalf of my adult Downs Syndrome son, Richard. About 3 years ago, with my support, he purchased a single bed from Dreams. He now has a new bedroom and space for a double bed. When we talked about shopping for a new bed he remembered Dreams and the lady who had served him. I was most impressed that Claire recognised Richard instantly and even recalled the purchase he had made previously. She realised that he was the customer and addressed all questions and comments to him which made him feel comfortable and enpowered him to make his own choice of products. The store was spacious and there was a good choice of beds and headboards. Claire was very knowledgeable about her stock and made the shopping a rewarding experience.
