On entering the shop Sean at Telford branch greeted us was very polite and friendly Offered us water or a coffee, directed us upstairs to look at single mattresses for our grandson Wasn’t pushy at all Asked if we were alright for pillows, I did purchase 4 silent night ones Then we took the mattress home in the car Very pleased all of our beds are from Dreams

The sales person was friendly and efficient. He asked us what we needed and recommended we try different beds which was very useful and helped with our choice. Good customer service
