Fabulous service, the easiest purchase we have ever made - can’t wait for our new bed to arrive

All 3 mattresses that I was most interested in after looking at the website were available for me to try out. The Seoul TV bed was on show, which was a pleasant surprise as the website had stated that it was unavailable at this store (negative for the website there!). Sleep motion bedframe was demonstrated and was better than I had expected. Nice friendly atmosphere amongst the staff. Claire dealt with me very well, giving me plenty of time to come to a decision without being at all 'pushy'.

Proficient and active - from the moment we walked in, you could tell the employee was following all instructions and did not cut corners in their attempt to do a high quality job. They also used their own initiative and knew when to leave us alone to our own experiments, but we did not feel as if they left us and ignored us. Very approachable and knowledgeable.

All was a great service, Claire did a good job getting the relevant information to me. Only down side was that the original bed ran out of stock as we were deciding on a mattress.
