Lauren asked us to pop on to the 'magic bed' to work out our comfort rating and from there proceeded round the beds showing us which ones fitted our profile. It was a lovely and relaxed process and at no time were we made to feel pressured into doing something, making a decision we would regret. A process style of shopping and decision making I prefer.
