Dreams - Telford

I would just like to thank the lovely gentleman and the lady at the desk at the Telford store on Wednesday 15th July, for helping me with my single mattress. I was asked questions and I felt it was a personal decision on the mattress that was selected for me. Although, I came in the store knowing exactly what I was after which was a single mattress for my back pain, I still felt that the gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect mattress. I used the high technology equipment to determine which mattress would suit my body as I explain where my pain was in my back and I have to say the memory foam mattress is perfect! Thank you again for a quick but lovely experience as he knew exactly what I wanted and also delivered it to my car.

As soon as we walked in we were saw the station to use the hand sanitiser and the option of all the PPE. We felt very safe straight away. We had a fabulous member of staff acknowledge us straight away called Alex, he was fab from the off! Very friendly and very easy to talk to about what we wanted. He showed us the amazing bed which tells you which sort of bed is good for you so I went straight onto that (the technology in that was beyond incredible). He then showed us all the beds to which met my needs. We were shown everything that our budget could stretch too. Alex was very very helpful with so much knowledge. He wasn't a pushy sales man at all and we felt as if we'd known him for years, fabulous customer service. We were given all the options regarding how to pay it like finance etc, he explained everything in very good detail and we made the best decision for us together. We would recommend dreams in particular that store to anyone, the best customer service we have had a in very long time considering the times. We felt extremely safe in store. Thank you Alex you were fab!!
