From the first moment we stepped in the Dreams Store we were greeted by a friendly member of the sales team. After finding out our needs she was able to direct us in the right direction providing us with her knowledge of the Dream products.

The assistant was brilliant. She took time to understand what we were looking for & took us to the right products to meet our needs. The first mattress we went to was the one we chose & that just shows that listening to what we wanted was key to our assistant.

I would just like to thank the lovely gentleman and the lady at the desk at the Telford store on Wednesday 15th July, for helping me with my single mattress. I was asked questions and I felt it was a personal decision on the mattress that was selected for me. Although, I came in the store knowing exactly what I was after which was a single mattress for my back pain, I still felt that the gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect mattress. I used the high technology equipment to determine which mattress would suit my body as I explain where my pain was in my back and I have to say the memory foam mattress is perfect! Thank you again for a quick but lovely experience as he knew exactly what I wanted and also delivered it to my car.
