We were greeted as we entered the store by a lovely young lady called demmie who asked us if we would like a bottle of water, we declined, we had looked online so knew what we were looking for , we were shown a lot of beds within our price range and offered a pillow when testing the comfort of the beds, we were offered the sleep match machine but declined as we knew what we wanted to try, we basically had everything that was offered including the 8 years cover, very happy with everything..

We were looking for a mattress and Alex approached us to offer his assistance. He explained the difference in the 3 mattresses we were interested in and gave us pillows to test the bed out properly. He approached us afterwards to check if we needed anything further and looked into potential delivery dates etc. Offered us water and talked us through the process. Showed us the difference between the various pillows they do and we purchased two! Overall really happy with the experience.
