the whole experience was joyous... your establishment is clean & provides a warm soothing environment... the comfort of the product along with the attentive caring instructive nature of the service gave me a feeling of assurance... no question was too 'dumb' all my concerns regarding cost efficiency potential after sales support were addressed with a calmness well versed understanding & individual attention to detail... i believe the quality of my purchase will be outstanding... i have already told friends & family of my complete satisfaction... as for your Representative, Alex, he was 'top notch, friendly completely approachable, he listened & heard, he greeted me with a drink, 'jump' on your mystical machine before introducing me to pillows i don't believe came from anywhere close to 'this world'... i now can not wait for my delivery so i may sleep as a King... thank you so much & be assured i will 'Share my experience' with all who will listen...

We were assisted by Alex and his colleague ( a young lady) on entering the store. They were knowledgeable, attentive and friendly - the offer of bottled water was very welcome as it was 30°C. Alex established our needs and showed us all the products that met our requirements. We also purchased a duvet on his recommendation. The customer service and overall experience was excellent.

We were greeted as we entered the store by a lovely young lady called demmie who asked us if we would like a bottle of water, we declined, we had looked online so knew what we were looking for , we were shown a lot of beds within our price range and offered a pillow when testing the comfort of the beds, we were offered the sleep match machine but declined as we knew what we wanted to try, we basically had everything that was offered including the 8 years cover, very happy with everything..
