From entering the Store the staff were available to discuss our needs Alex who served us was prepared to show us all items that would suit our needs, he was professional and patient with us all the time, he provided answers to all our questions, his knowledge was second to none, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. We left the store happy and satisfied with our purchase

Out of all the mattresses I tried during the week, Dreams had the top two most comfortable and those two were the type that your machine (the one which you lay down on and it tells you what kind of mattress is best for your body) suggested, which saved time and aided me in my search.

Demmie was highly professional and very attentive. She provided us with pillows to test and recommended the best beds. She also gave us space whilst testing out several beds multiple times. She got us bottles of water and was lovely.
