We were served mainly by Shaun with some input with Alex when we took a long time to come to our decision and obviously other customers were arriving in store. Shaun obviously knew what he he was talking about with a high knowledge of beds and mattresses and we felt he was being honest didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the shop but rather to cater for our needs, bad backs etc. Felt confident in purchasing our mattresses and weren’t rushed into anything.
