The customer service was very good from Lauren the store manager who was very knowledgeable and accomodating throughout.

Weren't sure what mattress we were looking for and Alex helped us throughout, asked us if we had a budget and he helped us look at options within it. He got us to use the mattress selected which was also brilliant. We also didn't feel like he was pushing us towards more pricey options and was more concerned with what was best for us which we appreciated.
