Alex was incredibly kind and understanding of my medical needs for a mattress that would suit me. He listened, really listened and gave us options on what we could go for. Alex didn’t make us feel rushed in any way. He actually helped us to see the larger picture for our needs. We will be returning next time we need a bed or mattress. We shall request Alex again then. Very attentive and approachable. 5 star service.
