Having purchased from Dreams for our previous mattress I knew the quality would be excellent, but the addition of the Sleepmatch really helped guide the mattress we should be going for. The sales support also exceeded our expectations with eagerness to help even while the store was busy and time to explain the differences between the mattresses. Overall an excellent experience and looking forward to our first night sleep on our new bed!

The first store we visited did not stock the bed frame we were wanting to order. As we wanted to view it before ordering, we then drove to the next town where they had it in store to view. The salesperson was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Made the whole process from start to finish very easy.

From entering the store to completion of order the assistance which helped us had excellent knowledge of all the items in the store. This made our purchase so quick and efficient.
