Your sales lady was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was able to tell me the differences between the various electric mattresses and more than happy for me to try them putting the mattresses in different positions and even getting pillows for me to try. My daughter and I were offered a drink whilst placing my order. All in all a very positive experience (especially during these difficult times) , and I came away very happy that with Claire’s help I had definitely made the right choi

Alex was very friendly and professional. He had extensive product knowledge and took into account my personal circumstances. He was extremely patient with the amount of questions that I asked. Would definitely recommend his customer service.
