Claire Served us during our visit and we were so convinced that we placed 2 beds and 2 mattress at the same time. She got good knowledge and was very kind and polite.

My husband had recently passed away and I was in desperate need of a new bed. I originally placed an order with Bensons and explained that I currently didn't have a bed and needed one as soon as possible. I was told it would take until the end of August to receive my items this was then delayed multiple times to mid November with no explanation or apology. I cancelled my order and went to Dreams in Telford where two amazing members of staff Shaun and Alex listened to what I needed and when I explained that I needed it ASAP they went above and beyond checking the availability of each product to see what they could get to me the quickest but was still what I wanted. Both gentleman worked together as an amazing team offering me different combinations of beds and mattresses and when the headboard was going to delay the delivery time they sorted it so my order was split and my bed and mattress would be with me within 7 days. The service was so good I even ordered a single that I hadn't planned on buying at this time. Overall I was highly satisfied with the whole service and the cost of the products.

Alex was really helpful needed a mattress fairly quickly and he checked stock etc to ensure.i had one within the timescale I needed.
