Friendly staff, well laid out store and clear pricing

As previously stated, our needs were met in an efficient and professional manner, the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and managed to answer all our questions. Our children were even given a balloon each, which we appreciated as it’s not always fun for the kids to go shopping, so overall we were very happy with our experience.

We had our last bed from Dreams so it was logical for us to return. The service we received was of an excellent standard. Thank you Claire at the Telford branch.

Claire Served us during our visit and we were so convinced that we placed 2 beds and 2 mattress at the same time. She got good knowledge and was very kind and polite.
