Claire at the Telford Store was welcoming and very professional. She treated my mother with respect and kindness throughtout the visit, which was wonderful. Claire made the experience very pleasant and I feel that at last we may have purchased a matress that will finally meet my mother medical needs. Excellent, assisted for all our needs and questions as I have osteoarthritis in my knees and my husband suffers with shoulder pain . Tried out the mattress for our needs and was very pleased
