I did three visits to the store before I purchased and I was able to see Alex every time. He was extremely friendly and approachable without making me feel pressured into buying. He gave us time consider our options but knew he was there if we needed more assistance. Alex made our visits a comfortable and enjoyable experience, he asked the right questions and remembered everything we said to him.
