Shaun was very helpful, and offered us the sleepmatch machine to help us understand what grade of mattress we needed for a better nights sleep. He took the time in showing us different mattresses at different ranges on price and he was highly knowledgeable of the products. It didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase.
