I looked on net and then rang Telford store. I had very specific requirements as my husband has been unwell. Shaun was extremely helpful and measured up and rang me back. I felt he listened to me and tried to get the correct bed for my husband's needs. I didnt feel that he was pushy or just after a sale. I think he went over and above.

My visit was fast and easy. I walk in and an assistant came straight to me we talked about what I needed, he showed me the range and the prices, I bought one and left the shop with my new mattress in 10 mins. The shop assistant was extremely helpful (Shaun ) and I was very happy
