Went there just to look and get prices ,but ended up buying the mattress, very helpful assistant Jade . I even tried the perfect mattress machine .

Very helpful staff ladies name was claire.she was kind to my mum and dad who are both in their 80s mum has Alzheimer's and she was very patient.

Highly satisfied cause catered to all my needs ,and was offered different options, not just the highest price

The customer assistant, Rosie was lovely and really informative. She was acknowledging towards my son and even gave him his own pillow to try out beds in his dad's place (my son is 7 so naturally he thought that was ace) She served us with absolute ease and everything went smoothly. Even purchased new bedding to go with our soon to be new mattress. Thank you Rosie. We will be back and hopefully will get to experience her 1st class customer service when visiting again.

The staff, Rosie, Jade and Shaun were most helpful very knowledgeable about the product and we did not feel pressurised to buy, hence the reason we returned to the store to purchase after a coffee to discuss our purchase.

When we arrived in the store to buy our new mattress, we were greeted by Shaun who talked us through the process for finding out which mattresses would suit us best. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. We tried the six recommended mattresses and selected one. We were not rushed, our questions were answered and we were given a cup of tea. It was a good experience.
