Alex dealt with us and was helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. Listened to us and guided us to the best product for our needs. Also liked the sleep match. Made buying a mattress much easier.

At the point of entry to your store, a member of staff was awaiting at the door, we were acknowledged with a very friendly manner and from then on a very good overall experience.

Prior, to my visit, I had rung the store to see how busy they were, I gave them an approximate time I would arrive. I was told to, ask for Alex. On my arrival I was greeted by Sarah, who was friendly & helpful. I was put on the sleep machine (which was wiped before I went on it) After my results were printed, I was shown 3 beds that were suitable and matched my results, by Alex. He was helpful, but also gave me space to try them out and didn’t crowd me or hover over me, whilst I decided. The other staff were also helpful. I left having purchased a bed.
