We were greeted as we walked into the store and asked what we were looking for, after explaining our needs we were given all the information we needed and even put on the machine for the right mattress, Alex who served us was very polite and helpful and even got us some coffee while we were ordering our new bed explaining everything to detail and telling us about all the free items we got for placing the order. now we cant wait for our new bed to be delivered

Professional friendly assistance

The store colleague who helped us, Jade, was very helpful, but wasn't at all pushy or overbearing. She listened to what we were looking for, and pointed us in the right direction to look at the options, without putting any pressure to buy anything - made a nice change to be able to shop without feeling stressed or watched.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to us. We didn’t feel they were being pushy and they helped us in our decision making rather than forcing an opinion on us. Nice touches like water being offered & working out best prices for us.

Needed a bed base quickly assistant was v helpful, purchased and were able to take home purchase that night. Assistant helped load our vehicle and figure out how to get it in.

Good friendly professional staff

Alex was very welcoming when approaching us, gave us all information we needed and was more than happy to show us how the frame worked, as we was looking at the TV ottoman bed with foot surround sound, he showed us how it works and how it sounds etc... Very bubbly and chatty chap, definitely didn't regret having him as our sales man. Will recommend him to everyone in the future, I came out happy with my purchase.

I have purchased from Dreams before so know what to expect. The sales assistant Shaun was busy in store but helped us with the Dream machine and then the selection of mattresses. He was not pushy at all and was knowledgeable and very professional.

From the moment we stepped into the shop the staff member, sorry can't remember his name, was so friendly and helpful, even though he was dealing with another customer at the time. He knew exactly what he was on about and had so much advice and knowledge.
