Dreams - Telford

I hate shopping but i felt at ease in the store and with the knowlwedge of the asisstant. This is only the 3rd store or shop i have been in since the first lockdown.

Friendly and helpful staff with clear knowledge of products and understanding of our budgets and needs

From the start of the phone call the lady that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and caring for my needs,she explained everything to me so I would buy the right mattress for me and I would like to thank the lady who helped me get what I wanted.

The store was nicely set out, the assistant acknowledge me as soon as I entered the store. We discussed my requirements and he gave me some options, after making my decision the ordering process was very easy. The assistant was very knowledgeable, professional but also friendly.

Shawn and Alex were extremely helpful without being "in your face high pressure". They were helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and friendly, and ready, willing and able to deal with all our questions and queries. Thank you both Gentlemen.

Shaun was very attentive with good product knowledge even made us a complimentary drink. Advised us that the mattress we finally chose was a new product and the the lead time was six weeks which we understood in the current situation. Shaun also advised us to take out the extra cover which entitled us to a free mattress protector. Overall a great experience thank you to the colleagues in your Telford store.
