The assistant guided us to the machine that determined the correct mattress to meet our needs. He took us to each of the options but left us to try each in our own time. We were given the prices and potential delivery for our preferred option but did not feel at ant point under pressure.

Greated by Claire with a warm welcome and friendly face. Claire was extremely helpful from start to finish and made choosing our new bedroom furniture easy and simple with no pressure. Claire took her time to ensure we had the right mattress to suit our needs and made the whole process a pleasure.

My daughter and I were greeted by Elif with a very warm welcome on entering the store. She politely asked us if she could help us in any way. We explained that we were looking for new mattresses. Edifasked if we would like to try the bed which gives a reading of which product was best for us. Both my daughter and myself used this facility and loved it. Edif then very patiently spend a long time taking us to try the recommended mattresses. We purchased 2 mattresses on the day which was down to Edif and the manager’s professional customer service. Well done I will certainly shop at this store again.

Excellent service by Harj and Claire. Felt very welcome and not pressured in any way. They were highly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and the mattress test was brilliant and I would highly recommend that and the whole experience to anyone.

Sean was helpful without being too pushy he spoke to us and then gave us time to look around as much as we wanted, He explained about delivery etc.very succinctly.

Claire looked after us with the most profesnal manner made at ease as soon as we enter the store explained everything put us on the sleepwatch bed this helped decide what was best for us and took no time to choose the mattress we suited our needs.
