The lady we spoke to had a good knowledge of the products and could not have been more helpful. We have always bought our beds from Dreams and the reception we received on this occasion was just what we expected.

The staff in the sore were both welcoming and friendly. The Sleepmatch Machine helped us to identify and select the mattress that would suit our sleep patterns. Of course, the "proof of the pudding is in the eating" so we are waiting to see if our choice of Mattress helps us get a good night's sleep going forward. Elif, who helped us with our enquiry and subsequent purchase at the Telford store was superb. Despite being a fairly new employee her product knowledge is good and she has excellent interpersonal skills. A delightful young lady with a very professional approach. I am sure that as she gains experience she will become a great asset to your company. In fact, if I were recruiting for a customer services representative at present I would not hesitate in offering her employment in my company. She was that impressive.
