Shaun knew everything we asked and was very helpful throughout our visit

Assistant came straight over and asked if needed help. I told him what I wanted he showed me all options and gave advice. I was even offered a cup of coffee. Very polite quick service

Elif was extremely helpful and informative, she was able to recommend the best product for me after listening to me talk about my back pain! She was patient and a pleasure to be served by! Thank you Elif

Ryan greeted us straight away with a smile and asked us what we were looking for, we then were put on the sleep machine which was a fun experience, he then offered us a pillow each to try while we got on the recommended beds to try which was great as we went though them all but he also gave us space and time to decide what mattress we wanted, once we decided he popped back over asked us if we wanted a drink and went though the process of getting it delivered etc whilst having a chat and a laugh throughout, would definitely recommend to a friend and use dreams again.

Sean and Ryan were very professional and efficient. We were offered the the Dreams test simulator but we know exactly what we wanted and Sean helped us find the perfect mattress for us. We will be returning for an other purchase soon. Thank you Sean and Ryan.
