Dreams - Telford

The bed was ordered on 0% finance, the computer crashed after I electronically signed. I had a message the next day asking me to go back in, I got told I wouldn't get credit searched again. I've been credit searched again and the credit went into a review stage. I was told I'd be contacted that evening to confirm the credit agreement but 48 hours later I'm still unsure if the credit is sorted!

I was promised a delivery day on a Saturday which is great because we would be at home all day and that was one of the reasons why I placed the order . I was then sent an E-mail stating delivery was going to be a Tuesday so I changed my plans , and then I received a phone call stating that delivery was going to be Wednesday or Friday and that was my only choices , so I chose Wednesday because I needed the item asap . I then had to change work plans at such a late stage and this reflects on my position at work which is not good , so I am disappointed with the overall service received from you as a company . If you sell something to a customer on any particular day and promise a delivery slot at the point of sale then you should keep that promise otherwise you have failed as a company and as a result I will not be using you again because I have no confidence in your company delivering on your promises .

The sales lady was very helpful finding us the bed to meet my needs. Bed delivered quickly and on time and delievryman gave good instructions on how to proceed with mattress.

Sorry I do not understand this question. Specifically I have highly satisfied with all questions prior to this box.

We were looking for a mattress that would be serviceable and provide the comfort we need. Archie the assistant who helped us was very helpful and left us at appropriate times to discuss what myself and husband wanted etc.
