Highly satisfied would leave no room for improvement. A kids play area might be useful - for parents, staff and other customers. Innovation could bring benefits ... (an ipad to enter your details etc instead of having to repeat personal details out loud or to calculate budget/loan payments etc

Dissatisfied with the extra add ons. Missold 'insurance' for GBP 65 for a Mattress that comes with 10 year manufacturer guarantee' by default. )According to manufactures website)

There was a hole in mattress when item had plastic package removed. But it was confirmed by delivery lads and had a quick response from Dreams store to re- order
