Dreams - Telford

This was my first experiance at your Telford store and it would of been a fairer judgment if i had been to another store in order to compare. If i was to compare another store say Benson Beds for example then i would be highly satisfied.

I have only ordered the things as yet - ill tell you if im highley satisfied after delivery and assembly

VERY RARELY GIVE 100%

Took a little longer than I would have expected for a colleague to come and assist me but not too long a wait

Bed not as yet delivered - due 5th February - but I expect to be satisfied with it.

Unable to purchase product on first visit to store as assistant was unable to log on to the finance web site. Needed to return following day

I cannot answer this until I have the product. Placing an order and being satisfied with the product at home are not the same thing. If the product is as good as the initial evaluation then I would increase my assessment. Perhaps you should send out another questionnaire in 6 months time ??

I was hoping to have paid a deposit today & the rest of the amount in 10/12 months time but was told this would cost more money so i opted for pay monthly

Over all I was very satisfied. The thing that attracted was your mattress returns policy. I currently have 2 nearly new mattresses in the spare room and didn't want another! But there is always room for improvement.

Sorry I was highly satisfied with my visit and the assistance i received
