Claire at Telford shop was extremely helpful and went out of her way to support us in every way she could. I don’t think she could have done any thing else. She was very confident and knew every product and filled us with confidence. She was also able to comunicate to us and understand our needs.

We walked in to your store and we were approached by Ryan who was amazing from start to finish. He made our experience very comfortable and easy. His knowledge and understanding of what we wanted and needed was amazing. And he answered every question asked. As an owner of a very large business I know that customer service is paramount and Ryan is definitely management material. A very clear spoken gentleman and had passion about his work. I wish him the best for the future I think you’ve got a great member of staff. Thank you Ryan for a great experience and thank you dreams.

The sales assistant that dealt with our request was polite, friendly and very helpful

Claire was exceptional . She had excellent product knowledge and gave us good advice giving my husband plenty of time to try the various mattresses available in the Tempur range . She was friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful . We had looked previously at another supplier of memory foam mattresses on the same retail park. Even though the other supplier was slightly cheaper we decided to buy from Dreams purely because of Claire . She is a credit to your company and we look forward to delivery soon . Thank you !

Great customer service!

We purchased our bed and mattress from Telford(068). We were impressed by Claire’s knowledge and appreciated her helpful sales approach. In fact we decided not to go to competitive bed stores in Telford for comparison and made our purchase then and there.

Ryan greeted me straight away and instantly helped with my needs to buy 2 beds and 2 mattresses. I was so surprised he had only been at the company over a month as his knowledge was advanced and he really was professional and friendly. Many thanks

The colleague allowed us time to browse before offering assistance. They took the right amount of time to approach and asked questions to establish our needs. We were introduced to the sleep assessment bed and watch the video. This gave 8 options and addressed our specific needs. 4 beds were suggested. The colleague explained the benefits of each type as we tested the products. Later they allowed us plenty of time to continue to try out the beds until we came to a natural decision. During this time they were available to ask questions which was very helpful. They addressed our concerns and this enabled us to make an informed decision. Once we had decided to purchase their service and manner remained exemplary. We were not put under any pressure to purchase by this colleague. However, a second colleague interrupted a couple of times to try to sell us cover. We quite understand that they are required to up-sell but after the first attempt it was clear we were not interested and this felt pushy. I have to add that the colleague who served us in the main treated us intelligently which resulted in a big sale. There was an issue when booking a delivery but this did not impact greatly

We booked to have an analysis on Thursday evening, owing to delay s in traffic, we had to phone and reschedule. Shsun spoke to my partner, was very understanding and booked us in for the Friday evening. We arrived into a clean, well organised store with appropriate cleaning station set up with track and trace. Shsun instantly knew who we were and welcomed us into the store. I thoroughly enjoyed the demo bed and the explanations around sleep and body pain. I generally get between 1 and 3 hours per night so really wanted a good mattress. Having our report, again took us to each of the recommended beds. He didn't over sell the beds nor did he crowd us but let us explore each bed and consult with each other. The options were quite variable on the prices and he didn't push us to the most expensive one, he kept encouraging us to think of our needs. We chose a TEMPUR one with pillows, protector and the cool option whilst completing the sale, he offered us water and he and a female colleague, safely took us through the process, checking understanding all the c way through.

Claire was brilliant, she took time to listen tried that electronic bed and it gave us seven choices to go for and we found the correct one for us
